If you aren’t happy with your tan, please contact us within the first 24 hours so we can assist. Your tan is a 50/50 partnership between artist and client: how well you prepare and care for it afterward directly affects the result. Honey Tan cannot accept liability where the preparation and aftercare guidelines sent before the appointment were not followed.

The solution contains colour that may transfer to clothing, furniture or car seats. Wear dark, loose clothing after your appointment and bring a towel to protect your car seat from colour and perspiration while the tan develops. Washing or dry cleaning will usually, but not always, remove colour. Honey Tan cannot accept responsibility for stains to clothing or upholstery.

For the best possible tan, please follow all written and verbal instructions from your tanning professional. Failure to do so may adversely affect the result, and Honey Tan cannot be held responsible for client negligence in this regard.

Spray tanning is considered suitable for clients in their second or third trimester; however, pregnant clients should consult their doctor before using any sunless tanning product.

Life happens. If you need to cancel, please call or message us more than 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours beforehand, or appointments missed without notice, incur a 50% fee payable upfront or with the next booking.

Honey Tan is often booked to capacity. If your artist arrives and cannot make contact with you, we cannot guarantee the complete allotted appointment time because we must avoid delaying other clients.

Vouchers must be redeemed within three months of the date of issue. Promotional offers are payable in cash or by upfront EFT.
